How would i provide evidence of my internet or even my game crashing, i wasn't recording it or anything. I don't even know why i was banned in the first place?

My internet crashed and it kicked me out of the server onto the main screen and about 2 hours later i got my internet back up and working so i tried rejoining the server but it said i was banned
