Request reason: I believe these 2 individuals broke mugging rule 4.1.1 ( You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular) by mugging me in front of a npc criminal or not, they also tried to mug 80k of me witch I had to explain I couldn't do. it seams as these guys/girls do not understand the rules 100% if at all yet
