Ban Reason: "Mass RDM" I'll do 4 weeks for staff disrespect, but mass rdm is a joke.
Time of Occurrence: 6:30 ish EST maybe? 1/13/2019
Relevant Evidence: 8. Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone that has not visibly surrendered inside it.

Several members pointed firearms at me and my car prior to me pulling back up, I decided to have a little action and backed my Skyline through the maze of cars with around 6 or so guys outside the penthouse front door for the second time, Last time I hopped out and got super close to making a break for it but me and some guy with a tommygun got nose to nose in the front door and I panicked and ran back for my car, But the second attempted ended a bit more fun. I backed right up to the front door and the lovely waterboys outside came and went and then they left the door open so i dipped through the front door and turned back and blasted one guy and then body shot a RoT impersonator which was the entire reason for me to return that and some pickle guy screaming at me with a tommygun, Once I blasted 2 guys I ran upstairs after not killing one of the guys I shot down stairs in which he shot me back I believe, I ran upstairs and when I reach the top around like 8 or so guys were standing there with fully automatic firearms and I began blasting them m3 style, Killing around 8+ total I finally was taken out in my solo attempt on pent.

@friskiemar around 15 minutes later I was teleport'd to the worst handled sit I've experience, I was instantly picked up and sat away from everyone for about a minute+ unable to hear anyone after becoming confused wtf was even going on I begin blasting my m3 shotgun which was on my back i was then frozen and left for some more time the entire time the @friskiemar^ is thinking someone unlocked the door told the man 5+ times they left it open doesn't listen keeps teleporting more random people to the sit then apparently someone shows proof but I have no clue who cause couldn't hear but 2 guys on the other side then he comes over to me and tells me ill be getting 2 warning points for mass rdm, then im pissed and then he ignores me some more then decides its been handled and starts tping people to pent to retrieve items or something, then flys back and tells me im getting banned for mass rdm shows 0 proof doesn't listen to anything I said so before I got ban I "@Gregg can you spare this man some IQ" then get banned

Alright, for the way I handled the sit in regards to moving you away from everybody else that was for my own sanity. It was already bad enough that those guys were talking over each other anyways. I didnt need a catalyst to the situation.

You should know better than to shoot your gun when your in a sit. That's just common sense.

Moving on to the actual situation. Put yourself in my shoes. A bunch of people come up to me and say they were key raided and rdm'd.

One of the guys I brought in had a key to penthouse. Who also was seen in the video with you during the raid. Since you claimed that the waterboys left the doors wide open, I decided to let the key raiding go. What I did not let go was the fact that you just ran in there guns blazing without saying a single thing, all you did was shoot. "Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly". As far as I am concerned that was not sensible at all. Had you just said hands up at least once or twice, I may have reconsidered. But that was not the case. Sure they had their guns equipped, but none of them were an actual threat to you. Did you see how long it took them to equip their guns in their hands? That time could have been spent by telling them to put their hands up. Honestly you didnt even have to wait for them to pull out their guns, if you saw them doing the "gun dance" (dodging and weaving until they pull out their guns) then go ahead and shoot.

I wanted to give 2 warning points However, I felt that a week ban was in order after I consulted with other staff.

As I proceeded to carry out the ban, you started being rude. Initially, I even told you I was only giving you a week. Then you extended your ban to 4 weeks.

You were just frag hungry and you used the fact that they pointed their guns at you as an excuse.

And the fact that you are claiming your raid was a solo attempt is a lie that may cost you. You can clearly see that guy with the alleged keys in the video towards the end, right next to your body. What do you have to say about that?

First off it was me and franz, Jay is a random who has been stealing my outfit "Rot impersonator " I shot him down stairs. I was the only one there shooting against them. My boy franz grabbed the m3 and dipped.. and as for the mass rdm you just proved it wasn't. they were equipped. why would I come in solo and try to put that many guys under fear rp solo that makes absolutely 0 sense.

If I may say something yes our guns where equipped but they where on our backs or in our inventorys so still no reason to just walk up and shoot us dead and saying that you may just walk up and shoot everyone because your soloed is saying like me running into pd with no reason and shooting everyone
