I can’t identify who was using the chair as a prop to kill all those players because of the angle of the video but these are the only relevant logs I could find

I do have a recording of the incident, but I do not believe it shows the Steam ID. However in Slytek's report, at 0:06 on the video, you can see a white male, black hair, white shirt, with his physgun out in the parking lot to the left. My recording doesn't show anymore than Slytek's does as for 3-4 seconds until my death I had my back turned to whoever proppushed.
