What happened: We where raiding at spruce 2. Police went over to spruce 2. then one officer got on the roof and shot us lowering are health making it so that we where then killed.

3 players (one being Walter here) were affected in the raid due to their disadvantage because of an officer who broke the rules and was boosted on top of the building being raided. As Walter was directly involved from being shot and damaged from the rule offending officer he was directed here.
