I agree I did break character, but you attempted to RDM me clamming I attempted to get cops to kill you, when brought to a sit you had no evidence of me saying so, Thus you had no certain evidence, just suspicion to go off of and attempt to take my life. and I never committed an action for you to attempt to kill me in the first place.

1. If the mayor's approval rating is below 30%, or you have a proper In-Character reason, players can attempt a coup. Any corruption made by the mayor (note that this corruption must be certain and not a suspicion) creates a valid reason to assassinate them.

and even if I did ask you to be executed I still did not break any law, If you were to be executed it would be that you are a run of the mill criminal with an extensive crime history and beyond rehabilitation. I made a stating the death penalty was allowed the mayor and police chief agreed upon it, but only used it when the police captain and the chief requested a man who attempted to kill an officer who killed a civilian in the process be given the death penalty, him having a long criminals history I accepted the death penalty request. I made no laws with any hint of corruption and had a ratting well above 30%.

1. As the Mayor, you may not create laws to allow public executions. The death penalty may be instituted under realistic circumstances - carried out privately for first degree murder or treason.

If a sit was already made at that time then why wasn't this issue (both the breaking character and potential RDM) taken care off there?

as @Viny Luco already admitted to breaking character I am just going to continue with this report

Since he owned up to his mistake and broke character during a moment where it didn't disturb RP (since you were dead) I will only be giving a verbal for breaking character since it is a rulebreak none the less.
