@Terry Cloro try to redownload all of your addons on garry's mod that is ingame aswell as in the folder i had this problem to whenever i was ingame after 10-20 mins my game crashed and this helped fixing my issue

Try to uninstall the Garry’s mod folder from the steam folder on your computer after you uninstall gmod on steam.
