A month blacklist is excessive without context, but we're gonna get nowhere if you can't even admit that being rude to people is wrong.

No misconduct has been shown in this staff report. Using /ad to speak out of character while you're blacklisted from OOC is definitely bypassing your blacklist. EDIT: I'd like to add that the server's player count being lower than normal does not mean you can break rules.
