Whole-Heartedly agree with Trooper Winter's take on the suggestion. Police structure is fine as-is imo, enough jobs to have a sense of progression as you play, while also letting long-time PD players have benefits to playing long term, and also having Chief Whitelist as a goal to get to...

Would be useful for both police, and non-police situations. The walk speed should be very slow, though, else it defeats having it in the first place.
I noticed it's missing a building at (730, 670) which is a rent-able property, the property on the docks @ (1000, 1630), at a Premium Box at (360, 1020).
You might also think about adding sewer entrance markers? I always forget where most of them are lol
I'll start of by saying the background NPCs is a neat gimmick, but would go absolutely terribly. It also feels incredibly Dark-RP esque. If there's any form of it I'd be interested in seeing, maybe a few NPC taxis that drive around, though I understand with source nodes that could be extremely...
My idea is basically that to increase Fire Department callouts, active Fire players could buy a pager to see 911-Fire calls even as civilian, allowing them to go to the F.D. and respond, similar to how irl Volunteer departments operate.
I've already posted this on the github, if you want to see...
Maybe the prisons in my area are just incredibly short staffed then lol, my mom was a gate operator at a penitentiary and whenever I saw the warden they were usually wearing the same uniform as everyone else (obviously not for public appearances, ofc.) Maybe the option between suit and uniform?
Can corrections uniforms be green, maybe use the sheriff uniform instead of the MPD one? Or at very least, can the Warden have a uniform as well rather than wearing a suit? It looks really out of place and I don't think I've ever seen a prison warden wear a suit while on duty inside of a prison lol
I definitely believe there should be a chance for items to cause fire. Electrical fires and stove fires are relatively common irl, and it gives the Fire Department something else to do. We already have the job in the server, why not make it useful? Just as the PD can stop robbers, EMS can save...
I've always hated that bit of the map, and don't like that there's no signage posted saying you cannot park/fire lanes (Fire lanes would be very very useful fyi, coming from someone who plays FD a lot). Based on the circumstances, I'd say it's kind of an asshole thing to give a ticket seeing as...
