Just for context, I directed @toogreek4you to the forums to try to get his items refunded. Besides that, I am not involved.

I can confirm that @puvz was RDM'd and the situation was voided. The only item that needs to be refunded is the aug.

I was in the white Ferrari, and although I was not tagged in the report I do have additional evidence of the player fail driving a few minutes before @Aziel pulled up and chased him, incase you need more evidence :)

I arrested this guy and he was complying somewhat well, and all of a sudden his game died on him. @Aziel told me his game had crashed and he was rejoining to continue RP. I genuinely think this wasn't on purpose, I have a video of the situation if that will help him out at all. I believe him...
