While checking logs I do see @Doug Dimmadome in a shootout 3 minutes before your encounter. You were basically at the wrong place at the wrong time, hence I can not punish him for RDM. Aswell as did you see him with a weapon and stopped then continue going.

@JohnConner235 , For the future please use OBS, medal, geoforce, etc. for reports. Spamming screenshots do not show the full picture and helps best if you clip the situation and then give it to a staff member. You can then upload the clip and delete the file.
