I found this part somewhat more concrete, so it's nice that you clarified what you disliked gamemode-wise. As with all updates, we will review the results - that includes the changes concerning lockpicks and medkits. The decisions stemming from that review may still not be ones you agree with...
@reactskate I want to see you reply to what FlyingSquid said. And please, in this reply, make an effort to write properly. You should only know how much you shoot yourself in the foot by writing a bunch of unreadable text in your defense every time you are reported or try to appeal.
We care about what all players think. They are the foundation of this place running. But to consider feedback in a constructive way, it needs to be presented in a way that's clear and concrete. This thread has so far really lacked any of that, so I don't know what the concrete content of your...
Warning point(s) to be removed, please ask staff in-game with reference to this thread. See https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/banned-for-rdm-without-killing-someone.18541/ for reasoning. Concluded.

It's right that the rule does not warrant automatic denial of refund requests, but you did breach it twice - and staff have some discretion in how to punish you for it. I don't really see the applicability of words like unethical and toxic for that they enforce the rules against you in this way...
