    Have you checked solved for your issue? This is most of the time just a bug, has it persisted throughout multiple times playing on the server? Anything else to add?

    Hey there! Lots of our new players have issues with this. Make sure you’re downloading all custom content upon joining the server through your Options>Multiplayer>Download all custom map and addon files. If there is any update, feel free to reply so we can try and figure this out. Thanks
