You failed to understand my point, even with these changes the heists will still not be worth it cause of how bad the payout is. For example splitting a bank cut 8 ways usually ends up with 50k-80k per person which barely covers the meds and gun used in that raid. The cargo ship drops shit loot...

Instead of doing all that just increase the payout/rewards for all the missions
