The Person did not hit you or hit anyone to cause a Code Red. The reason you would have to shoot them for stealing your car is if it was a code red situation. You were SWAT and this did not validate a code red. I watched the whole situation with my own eyes.

After looking at the rules you were in the right about fear rp. I talked to the cop about it a day or two later when I saw him and explained about the fear rp as a cop.

I can confirm this is what happened. I took the sit and saw the video and when I teleported to him the body was there and there was no bag when his body disappeared.
