I'm saying the mod should have given you a verbal warning before kicking you. If you have no sound, it wouldn't matter because it's typed. OOC stands of out-of-character, so a message like this OOC:"PD MEETING ON RADIO 112.2" is really unacceptable. Even after multiple warnings were given.
