You have reached the 2021 How To: L.S.D guide
This is my debut in the "How To: Guides and Methodology" topic realm.

Before starting, make sure you have ≈ $28,000 and have a Character Level of 50 in order to successfully purchase all supplies and cover your rent sufficiently.
Step 1: Purchase or Rent Property that includes Standard Electrical Outlets from Real Estate
Tip: Warehouses and similar facilities for manufacturing purposes will mainly include Machinery Outlets, whereas Residential type properties include Standard Electrical Outlets.
Step 2: Collect Supplies
In order to complete this process, you will need at least 1 of each supply item listed below:
(To obtain these items, visit the Contraband Dealer in the alley way near Penthouse/Oceanview Apartments)

Gas Mask (with Gas Mask Filters attached) |
Mini-Fridge |

Chemical Bottle |

NOTE: It is recommended you utilize a Gas Mask in your workflow. However if you are not able to obtain one, you can still complete this process without it. Take note of your health levels during production. Having Food/Drink on hand or First Aid Kits will assist you further in completing this process without a Gas Mask.
Step 3: Production/Manufacturing Process
In order to correctly Produce/Manufacture this substance, follow these steps in order within the confine of your property that you purchased/rented:
1: In order to get set up, deploy Flask, Flask Support, Compact Burner, Propane, and Mini-Fridge. Plug in Mini-Fridge into any available Standard Electrical Outlet located within your property. |
2: Now, attach the Flask Support with the Compact Burner and Propane to each-other by picking the items up and snapping them into each other. |
3: Then, place your Flask on top of this set up. This will cause the Flask to snap to the set up. |
4: To start producing, you will place the Chemical Powder into the Flask. This will cause the first phase of production to start. Wait until this phase completes to proceed. |
5: After the first phase has ended, remove the Flask from the stand, and add the Chemical Bottle to the Flask. You will now need to shake the Flask in order to complete this process of production. Be aware, sudden movements may result in an explosion. Tip: Rolling the Flask on the floor will act as a centrifuge oscillation and assist in this process. |
6: Once finished, the solution in the Flask will need to be cooled down. Place the Flask in the Mini-Fridge and wait until the cooling process completes. |
7: Now that the solution has been cooled down, remove the Flask from the Mini-Fridge, and place a Paper Roll on top of the Flask. This will result in your final product appearing before your eyes! |
8: Safely transport product to Drug Dealer for payout then secure payout in ATM/Bank/Locker |
Step 4: Payout Process (Includes related Market Value Information)
Safely transport product to Drug Dealer for payout then secure payout in ATM/Obsidian Crown Financial Monoford branch/Obsidian Crown Financial Falcon Creek branch/Premium Lockers.
(I know this step is included as part of the production process but for those who are inexperienced or those seeking detailed information, here it is)

Approximately / ≈ / About: $300 each 1 quantity
Quantity: 10 | Payout: ≈ $3,000 |
Quantity: 32 (commonly referred to as; 1 stack) | Payout: ≈ $9,500 |

NOTE: The figure(s) shown are prices as of 03/07/21 with no Mayor present (default taxes, above 0%).
