Relevant Evidence: The user Johnny was held hostage and had a bounty within the organization, I took him hostage with Justin+Freddy, I gave him commands which he disobeyed resulting in his death. However I will agree that the reason he was held hostage is invalid to some extent there were justifiable means. @mclovin has already agreed to attempt to get this lowered to a Verbal warning since my reason for killing him was valid, originally the verdict was a voided RP situation + the return of his items which I did once I found out what he lost.
