Reason for Report: I was being sent to jail for tresspassing the bank. I had a pistol on me which I never showed od I never possed as a threat to anyone. I had a license for the gun. The cops were making me drop the gun but I refused. I asked if they were allower to confiscate it and a staff member said No. The cops then made a report. Stewart showed and just told me to drop the gun. I was going to explain the situation but he just left. I refused again with the cops to drop it and he showed and killed me without letting me explain or even listening to me. That is definitely not the way a Staff member should deal with the situations.

You walked into bank with a firearm, a lockpick and a bag. The cops arrested you, not randomly (RDA), and you refused to drop the items used in a crime under fearrp. I asked you to drop them once, you refuse while still under fearrp. I tell you again drop it, or you will be made to drop them and warned. You refused again, and you were made to drop the items.

You did not contact the duty chief or assistant chief.

You broke a rule in plain view of a staff member, and then disregarded instructions from said staff member.

Another admin would have punished you, but I chose to give you the benefit of the doubt. I realise next time it's in the servers best interest to punish you as you clearly do not understand what you have done wrong and will do it again.

Not putting someone at the centre of attention is not an abuse of power. You broke the rules in front of me and refused to stop - what extra special attention is warranted?

Thank you for your report. After review of the evidence provided I will note that your voice was not recorded, so I cannot speak for the interactions between you and Stewart, based on not knowing what you said. From his side, he said nothing out of line.

You trespassed and failed to attempt to rob the bank. This is a crime and any weapon used in a crime can be confiscated. Imagine it as if you were in real life: If you trespassed into the vault of a bank with a weapon that weapon would be taken from you, license or not. Furthermore, when under FearRP, you must comply. Do not stall RP.
