MAP Add a bar/pub in Falcon Creek

Description of suggestion: I suggest replacing one of Falcon's empty rooms with a bar/pub. The bar would be a great place to meet new people...
Reason why it should be added: The bar could provide a gathering point for Falcon Creek residents while giving players the opportunity to be a cook/bartender in Falcon Creek.

Maybe it could also be like a gambling place, maybe you could even spawn at it too instead of the church (if it has npc's of)

True, i use 5oclock somewhere sometimes when basing, other than that i dont even go there.

A bar in Layer 2 doesnt fit the way players use the map as of now. If you guys start roleplaying more and basing/crime roleplaying less which would indicate a solid benefit from another passive RP location, I will reconsider. However the lack of Passive RP on the server and how underused the current Passive RP elements of the map are right now leads me to deny this one. Sorry.
