Bad sequence (2 out of 1 max) in GetSequenceLinearMotion() for model 'weapons/V_hands.mdl'!

So whenever i go into the console this message pops up: Bad sequence (2 out of 1 max) in GetSequenceLinearMotion() for model 'weapons/V_hands.mdl'!
I dunno what to do?

Does the server still work properly and does the Hands weapon still work accordingly? If it does not intervene with your gameplay I would personally just ignore it. If not, here is what you can do:
Unsubscribe to all the content you have, and resubscribe to Monolith's content.
Close your game and go to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons , there you delete the addons file.
Open your Steam, right-click on Gmod > properties > validate steam files.

When that's done, open Gmod, let it download all our Addons.
Once done, close Gmod, open it again and join the server! everything should be back in place.
