Relevant Evidence: i was offline after i timed out for about 10 minutes

what happened was i was in a police chase, i was about to turn right and try to escape the cops but than my car stopped reacting to my keyboard and so i crashed in a wall i was trying to get out of the car but i couldn't so i tried pausing than i saw that the police car stopped moving after a minute it timed me out. the point is im not sure there is a way to see that i got offline cause of lack of internet connection but there is no proof against it

i tried and than i realized that the my internet crashed after some time i tried again and i was banned

as of now i was trying to get my full steam ID but im having trouble find it i didn't change my username since the ban so maybe you can look me up and unban me like that?
