I just asked some one what the ban was for. From my understanding it is for leaving to avoid role-play. last night after I was killed it was dark outside so I decide 2 bed. My intent was not to avoid role-play. My intent was to go to sleep. next time I die ill just wait the dead timer next time to avoid the ban.

The reason a ban was issued is due to the fact that you made no effort to contact staff, and the situation you were involved in was a firefight with the police. The police taking you two down then lead to medics going in the building which would have revived you, and did revive the person with you. In the future the proper thing to do is either contact staff via a report so we know that you are not just leaving to avoid the situation and get the ok from us, or wait until you get put in jail and then leave once you are in, then not returning until your sentence is over (though it would be nice to contact staff in this scenario as well to let us know). Due to it being a single day ban and me only getting back and seeing this now I will appeal your ban from this point in time. In the future just be more careful before you leave in an ongoing situation like that as you were not deceased, and the medic had an extremely large chance to get you up.
