Relevant Evidence: First off im sorry for being really annoying asking you for the video in the sit, i was just annoyed because i thought punching my car is initiation since he was destroying my property and would be a good enough reason to shoot him and as i thought he would've been a threat to my life since i had my gun on my back and him punching my vehicle im really sorry for what i've done i have taken some time to think about this and understood my mistake. I apologize for my behaviour when you teleported to me...

Believe the ban expired. If not, since you took the time to make an appeal I'll remove the ban a little early and accept this appeal (again if ban isn't already expired) I feel as though you needed to wait most of this out due to 2 things.

1: Brother your record is insane, I'm sorry it had to be 2 days but... I'm not sure if I can tell you exactly how many warning points you have in total, but it was the most I've ever seen on any one player as of yet.

2: Forum report about an NLRing swat ended up revealed you and some friends raiding bank with only 2 cops on. (Needs to be six)

Just because you are unaware of a rule doesn't make you exempt from their punishments, you've been here for a while and as such you're held to the standard where your expected to know the rules. Please read up on the PVP rules of the section, the one I'm mainly referring to here is Section 2.2, Rule 5: Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

Please take the time to consider if someone punched your car in real life and you shot them dead, you would be sitting in jail. There's a certain sense of the "value of human life" we expect all players to hold, in that, meaning killing is truly and should only be a last resort in RP.
