Ban Reason: For not speaking english in public
Unban Reason: The admin at the time did not see the message stating that i understand and speak english, my friend was trying to state at the time that i couldnt use my mic to speak to the admin and therefore took it as i didnt spoke english at all. It was a misunderstanding.

Time of Occurrence: January 2020 (dont know exactly the date and time)

Hello, @Jeyousky36 Sorry for this late reply due to irl reasons. You were banned for 1 year because you could not speak any English. you are correct and i did not see those chat messages just before you where banned, but please understand, your friend at the time told me that you couldn't speak a word of English on Spanish and that he could translate for you. Because of this appeal, i am willing to let you come into the discord and have a conversation with me to prove that you can speak some English, enough to play on the server. this would be done by me bringing you into a private channel in which we can have a conversation if you do not have a microphone then don't worry you can just type out anything you need to say. Thankyou.

Hello @Jeyousky36 you have shown that you clearly understand English, for this you will now be unbanned, for future reference please do not (and your friends) joke about. It being able to speak any English. This ban could have been avoided if you guys where straight from the start
