My game had crashed but your logging system had thought that I disconnected by user which I had the "HL2.exe is not responding" window and I clicked 'close game' as when the game crashes it obviously never un-crashes itself. So then @Smalley had thought I was lying because I had joined back "5 seconds later" which is because I have my Gmod set to '-novid' in the launch parameters and all my settings on low which I then use the website to connect to the server from the 'Servers' page: https://monolithservers.com/servers which does actually make me join in about 5-10 seconds. Try it yourself -novid makes the loading screen at the start almost disappear.

Also just to say I have 370mb/s down and 20mb/s up... it joins pretty quick

But you didn't join the server 5-10 seconds later. You joined within 2 seconds which IMO I don't think it will take 2 seconds for you game to crash then to automatically restart gmod then join the server.

I think the logging system means that I started joining within 2 seconds but not actually loaded in till about 10 seconds later.

Whether it's the logging system or not I doubt you will be able to rejoin within 2 seconds of it crashing.

Why would I not? I had got the "HL2.exe is not responding" and had the 'Servers' page open right behind it from when I launched the game like 5 minutes prior so I just clicked "Close game" on the "HL2.exe is not responding window" and then clicked "Connect to this server" and was back in. Also to say I was having like a mini adrenaline rush and was doing everything quickly, I even went back to the place where the officer had arrested me before but he wasn't there anymore...

It's quite a coincidence that you happened to 'crash' at the time of you being arrested. I will un ban you. However, if anything like this happens again you will be dealt with accordingly.
