Time of Occurrence: about 9 am i think
Relevant Evidence: So i stole a taxi, and just drove it around then a cop saw me and chased me to town hall. I jumped out the taxi and went up the elevator and then hid in a plant. @Mr Pasty came in the room wiht a tazer so i ran and he and another cop chased me but couldnt taze me. While i was running Mr Pasty shot me with a gun to make me slow down. I didnt have any weapons all i was doing was running. Then he arrested me and I made a report. @Shawntae came and gave him a warning point. After Shawntae gave him a warning point he started getting really salty cause he was gonna apply for staff soon. He said "kill me now i was gonna apply for staff". After that he started trying to get me punished from every tiny thing i did. I did act dance in console while i was in handcuffs. He said thats failrp and made a report. A staff member didnt come for a long time and I was in jail. It had been atleast 10 minutes of me in jail so I said im gonna leave. Cause i was gonna play a different game. (I did not join back). Before I left he said ur not allowed to leave. I said it has been atleast 10 minutes and all i did was dance in handcuffs. He kept arrguing with me and I called him a kid then he said "youre calling me a kid" Then he called me a "Cunt"..

i felt offended you called me a kid. you we dancing whilst in cuffs i asked in ooc if it was fail rp it was. i gave you 15mins in prison i checked my reports and one wss before i put you in and one after and it was under 15mins. and if you had contacted a staff member that you wanted to leave and they came and said you could it would be different. also this is a ban appeal. this is a ban appeal not a player report. i do admit i called him a cunt as i was annoyed but i felt offended for calling me a kid and you said you needed to go for irl reason and now you say you wanted to go play another game stop changing you story

I just wanted to play CSGO. It was at least 10 minutes @Mr Pasty. But a 2 day ban for dancing in handcuffs. I gave the staff enough time to come.

im trying to speak to him about it as i realise how annoyed i was i will try to get you unbanned

i think he should be unbanned. I do admit i was annoyed. In the future he should conatct an admin about leaving and dancing whilst in cuff but in someways it was a mistake as he probaly didnt realize it was fail rp and leaving to avoid jail time can be alright if he contacted an admin if he wssnt planning to come back on for a awhile

second thing to day if you wanna leave while in game you need to ask staff to be sure that you wont be banned
i will consider to reduce it to 1 day but your still need to be punished in my oppinion
