What happened: A SWAT failed to value the lives of his fellow officers and the hostages. He blankly opened fire at the occupants of the bank vault which essentially resulted in a few items being lost.
What do you need to be refunded: One Kevlar & Helmet and one Cheap Bag. (Rifle ammo and a Lockpick was also equipped but I'm partly certain these items can't be refunded, however, I will leave them regardless in case they can.
