Ban Reason: Refusing to drop items for staff.
Unban Reason: I was in the casino and there was a bag and lockpick on the ground and I picked it up, after being instructed to drop it I did, and then when I went back to gambling I was told to drop the lockpick too and when I did I was killed, and then upon revival I was banned for two days. I get how being banned for that is valid but I literally dropped everything in question and was still punished for "refusing" even though I did.

Now taking in to consideration what I wrote above, we can see that you broke at least two rules even if we disregard your non-compliance with dropping the lockpicks.

At the time I took the items because I didn't know it was because of an admin situation, and to be honest, I don't really have my volume raised when I play considering I was just gambling. I didn't hear you ask if I took the lockpics, and to be honest I figured the bag is what you guys only wanted. I understand I broke two rules but I was banned for refusing to drop the items in which I did, so I find the ban should be lifted or at least shortened due to the fact that I did in fact drop the items after you asked and that's what I was banned for.

Also as a follow up, considering you do ignore me refusing to drop the lockpick and bag in which I’m guessing you will due to the video I provided, I’d like to get back to the two rules I “broke.”
1. Yes, taking items from another player without using /me and it being in a current situation with an admin is a rule I broke and there’s proof of that in the video and I have no excuse to explain that; however I don’t believe that would warrant anything more than warning points considering I gave up the items shortly.
2. In the case of me “lying to an admin” since you were the one that held me still in the situation where I dropped the bag, I was let go because I asked to be let go, I never denied having the lockpics or said I had them, and since you were in the close proximity, I’m guessing you never heard me say over the mic I didn’t have the lockpics, in which I never said anything regarding the matter. Again, my volume wasn’t up that high which isn’t really an excuse but I was just gambling. I know my mic is muted but I guess you’ll have to take my judgement about it considering you were around me during the situation. Now even if I was guilty for breaking this rule, again, I don’t think it warrants a two day ban.
I think all of this is reason enough to lift the ban all together.

Also if you watch the video you can see how quiet everything is, I believe this whole thing was a simple matter of miscommunication.

I still do not see how you could possibly think that I only meant the bag when I asked you to drop the items, when they were clearly dropped together in the same situation.
Hopefully you've learned from this.
DO NOT pick up items that are not yours if you are not involved. If an admin asks you to drop something, you drop EVERYTHING you picked up, immediatly, NOT after the third time you get asked.
