Reason for Request: FailRP / attempted RDM


- we were (me and jack) mugging him for money and to confront him about him breaking a temporary pact that we made earlier (which he broke). i caught him at apartments running towards the shots fired, and we had 2 guns pointed to him for some time so we ended up mugging him. I took his communication devices & my buddy JACK ziptied him so he wouldnt pull off anything fishy on us. (the civillian cuffs automatically dissapear after 1-2 minutes or so, in this case it dissapeared when we used it on jack but he was supposed to still roleplay as if he still had cuffs on him since we did not have any intentions of uncuffing him at the time). As you can see, when the cuffs dissapeared, it automatically took his gun out which was out of his control, so i let him off and i didn't kill him cause i know the cuffs are buggy (around 2:40 in vid) and he claims that it "free'd" him which it did, and he also claimed that he knows he isn't supposed to be doing that (taking out a gun while rp in cuffs). Eventually while i was checking if any more cops were responding to the shots fired scene, once i turned around he took out his gun and tried to kill me. (this would've been totally fine if he wasn't in rp cuffs cause if i turned around, technically he isn't being held at during the moment which would've been perfectly fine with me, but he was in cuffs until it removed himself and thats why i believe that this was completely failRP on his part).

From what I have witnessed, @Satanic Chicken failed to drop the money. $1,170. He was searched by a staff member yet failed to drop this. Stalled until you turned around (if he dropped the money, I'm guessing you guys would've left) breaking fearp rp numerous times. However, I did not notice a /me in which you searched him for weapons. Did you @[BDN] nicca ?

@WhiteWolf No, i did not /me to search him for weapons because it wouldn't have been necessary since he was already in cuffs and wasn't supposed to do anything if he had a weapon anyways.

I did drop the money but they still held me under gun point, Jack Kyoto took the money And is it against the rules to do stuff when your cuffs come off i never saw it in the rules

@Satanic Chicken will not be banned. You can not draw a weapon - first of all you are still under the effect of FearRP as he is continuously holding you at gunpoint. Just because he looks away for ~2 seconds it doesn't mean you are no longer under the effect of FearRP. Secondly, you would in theory still be handcuffed or tied as nobody had the intention to release you at that moment.


@[BDN] nicca as soon as you rob somebody of his money you have to release him. Whoever your partner was needs to stop thinking of killing everybody. You may not kill the people you are mugging if they comply. The money was dropped and picked up as you can see in the video.
