Reason for Report:when my lakehouse was being raided by both the cartel and the police me and Mikey Miller were holding it down pretty well. All of the windows are bullet proof so we had the back door and the front door held down with ak's. Out of no where me and mikey both get gunned down with a ak. We were both confused because we both had each others backs and none of the doors opened. I asked if a admin could check the logs to see who killed me and well it was a moderator. at that point me and mikey were pissed because we lost 10K worth of shit because of Benji. Mikey also saw Benji with like a mouse hat invisible and noclipping with a ak.

Evidence to support your claim:I sadly dont have evidence but the admin who was helping me out in the situation told me that the new mods were sketchy as fuck. Exact quote from him.

The admin told me that there was logs of him going into noclip 30 secs before me and mikey died. I'm not a sking for him to be demoted I'm asking that hes watched. If he did it to me he can and probably has done it to other people

This is, unfortunately, true. There are some things I want to clarify.

I was watching the raid to see if there was any abuse of hacks because I was suspicious of this from some of the parties that were attacking. I sat behind one of you and watched. The shooting is something that makes no sense as it shouldn't have happened. At this point, you may have the idea that I am bullshitting, but hear me out. After playing on past servers, I set a Macro bind on my keyboard to spam left-click, which I would use to AFK craft in another community, which was legal within the rules. As dumb as it sounds, I hit the key thinking it was my invisible bind and totally shot you down. Sounds like total bullshit, I know, but I am trying to be as honest as I can be. Therefore, I did, yes, kill you, and I take the full blame. Was it with malicious intent, by all means, it wasn't. Was it a stupid thing to do, yes.

As for my actions afterward, I sort of flipped out on myself about what I had just done. I was frightened to come clean as for the fact that I didn't want it to come to this, and I could not predict your reaction. I gave you back a pistol, in which I had not picked up from you, and tried to leave it there. Afterward, I left the server and found that Gurrazor was online, and told him what had happened. I want it to 100% clear that I went straight to Gurrazor and told him the truth so that this could be resolved if it came to it. We discussed and it was concluded that it was, in fact, an accident and that I was very sorry for it.

For your 10k of in-game cash, I am fully ready to repay any losses from the event and have no issue doing so.

I take full responsibility for my actions and any repercussions of the event, and I do want to say that I apologize for my cowardliness in the event, and I really should have just told you in the first place.

Edit: In response to Toast's latest response, I can truthfully say I have not done something like this to anyone, ever. I can be an asshole at times, but I wouldn't do something like this out of maliciousness.

I appreciate you actually admitting to it as you could of easily got away with it by lying but, there's alot of questionable things like why did you have the ak equipped while spectating the raid, how did you kill 2 people that were in different parts of the base, how did the raiders know when to go into the building, you say that "I hit the key thinking it was my invisible bind and totally shot you down" but you were already invisible why would you even try hitting it.

Let's tackle them all one by one.

1. The gun (a believe a G36) was equipped because I had kept it on my back after encountering some other criminals, which I wanted to be ready to shoot if I were to encounter them in another guy fight later down the road. As for it being equipped while I was in your base, may it be a combination of stupidity and intuition. I had a feeling that there may be some foul play happening from the attacking party, so I sat in the corner and pulled my gun. I hit my V key to go un-noclipped (and un-invis, which I totally forgot happened because it was never like that in my previous communities). Under the circumstance that they seemed to get a suspicious kill, I was to either shoot back or freeze them for further questioning. My logic behind that is that if people hack, they deserve to be shot then banned.

2. I don't remember killing two. Only the one accidental kill. I may be clumsy but I don't think I am that bad.

3. Beats me, wasn't associated with the raid. You would need to ask them for that info.

4. I wasn't invis while behind you after I had hit my V key (see my 1st remark). I went invis after glancing down at the bottom of the screen and not seeing the "Invisible" text (which states if you're invis or not). After I had shot you, I quickly noclipped out, and quite frankly, freaked the fuck out.

To add to that, I have a bind for noclip (V) which makes you invis and enables the admin view, I also have one set to my Macro4, which solely toggles invisible.

I want to stress this to the max. I have no malicious intent towards you or anyone else, and, quite honestly, don't have the skills to raid. I didn't care what you guys had or anything like that, it was just a plain accident. Reiterating on my first reply, I am still adamant to repay you for any losses due to my stupidity.

I do also want to stress to the reviewing staff member my sincere apologies for this, and my cowardliness in the situation. Also, as Toast said, I could have easily lied and gotten away with it, but I want to make things right with all parties involved.

As it is nearing the early hours of the morning, I won't be able to reply for many more hours.

@BenjiMW has been talked to and this this will be closed. @BenjiMW admitted to his faults and understood this the minute the mistake was made, he took the correct procedures and went to the correct people to talk about it.
