Hello, recently there has been a new update that changed the cooking system and food now effect your stamina!
In this thread I'll show you how everything works, so let's get started!

1. You want to buy all your cooking supplies at the hardware store. You will need: A cooking stove, cooking pot(s) and a prep table.
2. The most important park of cooking is the food. You get the food at the supermarket, you can buy the most important foods there like oil, meat, flour and the list goes on... some recipes require fruit or vegetables such as: Coconuts, pineapples, tomatoes, lettuce. The only way to get them is by buying the seeds from the seed cashier and growing them. Some of those fruit / vegetables require high farming skill. So be aware!
3. After you have finished getting all the food you need it's time for cooking! But first, make sure that you know how long it takes to cook the food! If you do that it will turn into inedible mush that gives -50 hunger and -50 thirst. So, to make sure how long you need to cook the food, go into your inventory and to your skill levels, then press cooking and press on any food you are planing to make and you will see what you need for it and how long to cook it.
4. So, to start off cooking you will need to deploy your stove in a property. Plug your stove into the outlet and place down your cooking pot(s). Fill in the pot(s) with the food and place it on the stove and turn it on (you can have 4 pots on at a time and 6 if you have premium or are level 99 cooking). Make sure you don't cook it for too long as the stove CAN explode.
5. And lastly the prep table. To cut / roll foods you need to enter the prep table's container and place the food you want cut or rolled. Once you put them in, make your way to the prep table's menu and drag the food in the middle and either cut or roll. Be aware that if you do it to many times or do it to wrong foods it will turn into mush!

6. Bon Appétit.
