Reason for Report:Tru has just dealt with my report regarding head glitch i showed him the footage in discord which i still have and he said that's headglitch and said it will be dealt with in game he then changes this and saids that i should've put in the report before i died. There physically is no way i could've done that this leads me to believe that he has a bias towards me and the group i play with for example today he flew over to our base and deleted props with no prior warning claiming it was a maze base this wasn't true as the props never made it difficult to access any door in the house and offered a clear line of sight to all rooms in the house. I personally believe he is trying to ruin not only my experience on the server but those of my peers. During time ive on this server i have never seen an admin act so immaturely regarding carrying over bias from previous sits and rp experiences that had already been dealt with and holding a bias towards a group of player due to how they have been treat by those individuals previously i feel that he has then served me an injustice in this particular sit as it is clearly head glitch and i physically couldn't have done anything prior.

With this I had asked what to do with this situation from the SA @HockeyExpert30, I was told that you should have made a report before you died.

example today he flew over to our base and deleted props with no prior warning claiming it was a maze base this wasn't true as the props never made it difficult to access any door in the house and offered a clear line of sight to all rooms in the house. I personally believe he is trying to ruin not only my experience on the server but those of my peers. During time ive on this server i have never seen an admin act so immaturely

what am i physically meant to do especially after you said in discord this will be dealt with in game you then turned around i don't believe that really happened due to this there is physically 0 way i could have known he was head glitching before going in i cant no clip and look if they are headglitching i don't understand

If you have been reported for RDM and the other day I had you in a sit for RDM of course I am going to keep than in mind and the same if I see it in your notes recently doesn't change the outcome of the sit.

You've just contradicted yourself by saying you will keep things in your mind which may have been done previously by the same player this clearly going to change the outcome of the sit

Thank you for your report. Addressing each point that you raised, I would like to start from the beginning. You state that you reported someone for ‘headglitching’ and Tru answered the report and subsequently told you that it was not ‘headglitching’ and after reviewing your third video, I can confirm this is accurate. As for the “should’ve put in the report before I died” part, that does not make sense. There is no way for you to know if someone was ‘headglitching’ until after you already died in that situation. I will have to discuss this further with Hockey and would like to apologize for the confusion caused. Moving on to your next point of ‘maze’ like prop building in a base. You say that you were given no warning prior to the props being deleted, however, the day before you were warned in the same base not to build your props in a way that can be considered maze-like. It is well within Tru’s right as a Moderator to delete these props, provided he warned you prior. If you decide to ignore his warning and start building your props in the same manner the next day, you no longer get a warning. You already know what you are doing is wrong and it is no longer up for debate on whether or not you should have received a warning a second time. Seeing as you have not provided any evidence of the base and the props location during the incident, I believe there is insufficient evidence provided to determine any wrongdoing.
