Blacklist Reason: I was a Medic Intern, and a Police Officer was going afk and said "you can drive around, just don't destroy my car." I had a couple of drinks, and went to the mechanic shop. I proceeded to run over 2 players inside the shop, causing the 2 day vehicle blacklist.
Unblacklist Reason: I'm really starting to respect and enjoy this server, and would like to keep enjoying it tonight and many afternoons ahead. I understand that this behavior is not tolerated, And you won't be seeing me committing actions like this ever again.

Time of Occurrence: Between 9:30-10:30 Central time on 9/17/19
Additional members involved/witnessing: Cannot recall at this time.

At the end of the day, you're still responsible for your actions, regardless if you're under the influence or not. You were the one that decided to play on the server after having a couple of drinks, this is not a valid excuse to go and VDM people
