Blacklist Reason: I wen't into the bank to rob it with my friend and we walked down stairs with our guns equipped in our hands and when we opened up the vault there was a guy in there pointing a mac 11 at us already so we killed him because he had a gun pointed at us.
Unblacklist Reason: My friend who was blacklisted from this got unblacklisted (riley freeman) so I would as well, its basically the same reason how are we supposed to know someone is silently raiding without raiding to get inside the first place.
