Ban Reason: FailRP (Priors)
Unban Reason: So I walked into Town Hall overhearing a conversation with the sheriff and mayor and I typed in chat, "HEY" and he kept going so that's when I grabbed my physgun and started to point it at him to try to get his attention. @Luvbunny grabs me and tells me not to point my physgun at people and dropped me. I proceeded to grab it back out and point to the sky for about two seconds and once I tried to put it away he grabbed me and pulled me on top of Town Hall to issue me a ban since I've had priors to FailRp Before But haven't received a ban in over a year.

Note: I know hes clearly doing his job and I respect that but I think it's a little over the top to ban a player for using his physgun to grab peoples attention (My Mic In Game Wont Work And I keep trying to reconnect to solve the issue, logs would show)

EDIT: Just Came back from the rules and it states that I'm not allowed to use it as an attraction tool but it also says that it would be a blacklist, not a ban.

1. A physgun is not to be utilised as a pointer or laser to attract people's attention or similar. Using it in this manner can result in a blacklist from using it at all.

Hey there,

As you already stated i originally just picked you up, asking you to not use your physgun as your laserpointer. You were pointing with it for several seconds.

After I've put you down again, i stay vanished to inspect if you'd actually do as said.

However, instead you pulled out your physgun again, pointing with it yet another time.

This was either because you wanted to prove your point or because you wanted to provoke the staff member, either way I've put you on a roof this time with the intend to punish you for said incident.

Since you had a lot of FailRP related warnings on your account I've decided to issue out a ban.
