Explanation: so it all started when the rdm event happened which is being taken care of after he died he came back while we were raiding bank and ran up to us and was saying stuff ooc so we killed him since he ran up to us while cops were shooting us so we took it as a threat he then respawned after we raided bank and at spawn was being ooc towards us he then followed us to the gun store acting ooc again he then stopped after getting enough of what he wanted

i just said yes you killed me in the bank, i did not return into the bank after you killed me. i said the stuff after i respawned after the rdm, not when i ran into the bank.

it is not nlr as i did not return back inside of the bank, i only got my car from the road.

The evidence given shows that Jamal Mathews did Failrp by repeatedly breaking character and saying things that should only be said in OOC or more appropriately a report instead of just saying those things in game. He also broke NLR due to the fact that he ran up to them saying all of those things, even though he should have stayed in character and not pursued them to say that IC as that information would not be remembered from your last life. I will however add that what was done in the first video used as evidence on this report is in fact RDM as you cannot simply kill the person after mugging him however the video shows the person reporting you wasn't actually involved in that rule break (as seen in evidence 1), and Jamal should have made an in-game report regarding that rather than everything he said IC. With this being said the person being reported will receive a 1 day ban for Failrp and NLR and this report will be closed and moved to the handled section.
