Reason for Report: I received two warning points and a one week blacklist from Mayor because I "stopped a bank raid," but I did not put myself in that situation on purpose, nor in much danger at all. I was standing in the bank lobby when I heard shots coming from the vault area, so I peeked over the divider and saw down the hallway and through the open door somebody getting shot by a dude with a gun and a bag of money on his back. I immediately called it out on the Law Enforcement frequency on my radio, and the police got there super quick, but as I called out on my radio I pulled out my gun and fired a few shots towards the guy, but none of them hit as I had a pistol. I was hoping that I could save the guy getting shot's life as he might not have been fully dead yet, and it scared the guy off, and he closed the door as he ran for his car that was parked out back. I ran out the front of the bank as all the cops pulled up, and I yelled at them that the guy was around the back and had just shot somebody, and I followed behind the cops as they all pushed towards the back of the bank, five-seven in hand, because the guy had a gun. When the raider drove back towards the no entry area, he slammed into the tree and got stuck and me and the cops lit him up. He was almost immediately killed by like the entire police force, and I ran around the back to check if the guy was okay. I checked him and he had a very weak pulse, but by the time the cops got back there with a CPR kit he was already dead.
Like an hour or two later I get pulled into a sit with the guy who failed the bank raid, and in the end Canadian Knight gave me two warning points and a week Mayor blacklist without even looking at the video of the incident. There was no evidence of the event and he just went off the reporter's words, because the guy said that getting the video would "take too long."
Time of Occurrence: 6/12/2019
Evidence to support your claim: The guy who reported me for killing him said he had a video of the incident, and I did not shadowplay it as I got pulled into a sit around 1-2 hours after the incident happened.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Check the reports for whoever the guy was that reported me.

Hello, Rick.

I blacklisted you from mayor for a few reasons, primarily FailRP. I did not rely solely on the testimony of anyone, you admitted (both here and in the sit) that you tried to stop a bank raid as the mayor (by attempting to kill the person actively attempting to rob the bank). This is FailRP, FTVL, and could also count as trying to counter an active raid. There are a few rule violations here, and I feel that my judgment here was sound. I am sorry that you feel like you were not listened to, but the decision, in my mind, was absolutely correct.

• FTVL - Failure To Value Life - The act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts.
• FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.
• Counter raids can only be performed on player owned buildings.

I am sorry that you feel like my decision was not correct, or that I failed to follow the rules of the server. I wish you the best.

Why would I feel that my life is in danger when the entire police force is between me and a guy sitting in a car.

You claimed to hear shots break out from inside of the vault, and instead of running from danger you pulled out a handgun (as the mayor) and attempted to counter an active bank raid. FTVL is defined as "the act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts." Were you a member of law enforcement or bank security, rushing the suspect with potentially lethal force at this point would have been understandable. You were not, however, a member of law enforcement - you were the mayor. Because you chose to run into a firefight as a private citizen (a mayor has no powers of arrest), I considered this to be FTVL. This brings me to FailRP, "Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role." As a mayor, you chose to engage the suspect, chase him from the bank, and assist law enforcement in subduing the suspect, as a private citizen. As a mayor, it is NOT your job to apprehend dangerous criminals, or to directly (with a firearm in hand) assist law enforcement in the apprehension of dangerous criminals.
