Cannot Cancel Premium Sub

A description of your technical issue: Got Premium sub that was gonna be for a month to see if i wanted to play again but i cannot cancel ( Cancel button wont work)
Has it happened before?: NOPE
Extraneous details/description: subbed to premium in hopes of playing server again after few months away but for somereason when ever im in the server for about 5 min i crash from GMOD without any error codes showing. so when i went to cancel my sub since i can no longer play the server without issues the website REFUSED to let me cancel the member ship after trying for an HOUR!
