Can't join.. Ip Ban?

I was playing the sever, while basing with a new mini fridge a just bought because the sever crashed yesterday. My older brother launches up gmod and joins me... and as soon as he did that, i was disconnected from the sever... When i try to join, it just shows the loading screen for 3 minuites, then this shows up

Either your internet or the server is having problems
Not a ban afaik because a ban will show a ban message instead of that

Restart the game or your internet.
This is a common connection issue.

Yeah i fixed it, i had to restart my router...
