Casino Glitch took my chips

Date and time of loss: Today about 3-4 hours ago from the time of this post.
What happened: I was playing at the casino in that table, put 5000 chips on black and it didn't give me anything or returned my chips. I'm showing the footage of the time this glitch happened.

What do you need refunded: 5000 chips ( 50k in-game money )

This refund request is denied. After winning the chips, the video is cut to sometime later in the day. You then return to the roulette table. If you want to re-submit this request, send an uncut video that shows what happened after you earned the 5000 chips.
