Certain car models are glitched

Hi. I have been having some issues with certain car models lately, many of them are glitched. Tried searching on the forums but I couldn't find any previous threads about this particular issue, everything else seems to be working like it should.

This is what I've tried doing already:

1. Removing all content via steam and console. Re-download all content.
2. Enable all content.
3. Download all CS:S textures.

Edit: Will report back to Stuvi's suggestion, after installing my GPU, probably within a few hours.
Edit: Installed my GPU and put the texture details to high*. Did not solve the issue.

Put everything on high, did you forget to click apply because Stuvi’s suggestion should of worked

@Flóki Osbern This is correct, your model detail need to be set to high in video - advanced. Everything else can be set to whatever you'd like.
