Title: Change the colors on Police Cars/Add a few cars that are already in game to PD

Suggestion 1: Either make a section in the PD car editor to change the color for unmarked cars or just change the color on the unmarked cars (namely the Tauras and Explorer) to black. It makes no sense why they are white (at least to me), and black loos better/gives it a more government vibe.

Suggestion 2: Add 3 "new" (these are already in the game and have skins) cars to the PD:
1) Mobile Command Unit (The MMR van but PD, used to be in the game but was removed): This is for Captain, Chief, and SWAT Commander and only for states of emergency
2) Suburban Police: This is for SWAT only (at least commander but preferably all SWAT), this is just a faster vehicle for SWAT for a speedy response (it is also a vehicle SWAT use IRL). This would probably be premium only
3) Undercover Charger 2012: An unmarked version of the normal premium charger for maybe Captain + premium.

+Support I would like to see this implemented especially the Mobile Command Unit. I also agree to with adding more cars to the pd force to have more diversity instead of having a charger, crown vic, and suvs

Thats only for Cpatain +, detectives get the Taurus and Explorer (and the crown vic, but the vic isnt a great car)

Lies, only issue it has is it's a bit slow accelerating. Thing is a tank, barely uses any gas, tons of customization, good handling. It's just slower than a fuckin snail
