Changes to the server

Hello everyone, after coming back from a lengthy ban, there are several changes in the server that I haven’t quite figured out yet, and with the player count being so low I haven’t had many opportunities to ask people.
Firstly, what happened to the crusher? How do you get ores now?
Secondly, why can’t you craft siphon pumps anymore and how do you raid power plant? There don’t seem to be any barrels.
And lastly, is the only way to get to the cargo ship to buy a jet ski? That seems restrictive to lower income players.

1: You now use a smelter directly to change ores into bars, or use the smelting factory.
2:That has been removed.
3: Swim or a jet ski, yes.
