Incident: I rejoined the server after being unbanned and waiting four hours for the ban to be lifted and the first thing I did (as usual) is walk over to the P.D. to resume working as Police Sergeant. When I attempted to become the job it gave me the advert that the position was full already. I went around the city, bought a car, customized the car, drove around the city and waited for around 40 minutes for the position to become vacant. After all that time the position was still full and so I attempted to contact staff through OOC but my message was cut short and the OOC cooldown is like two minutes. Instead of waiting for the cooldown I used !report to get an admin to teleport to me instead of over messages so I could explain the situation entirely. The admin @ChosenDemon claimed the case and teleported to me, his response was "no." and he immediately teleported away before answering my request for reasoning as to why I could not be set to the job. After leaving I saw no other reasonable choice for communication besides contacting him through I-Message (In-game). He read it and teleported to me explaining that I was spamming admins and proceeded to kick me for the reason of "Spamming Admins". I see no reason towards his actions and gave him ample oppertunity to explain why I would not be set to the Job.
Note: When I was banned I was the job of Sergeant at the time, if I had not been banned I would have remained as the Sergeant for the entire afternoon and evening, following RP the whole time, instead I was banned. When I returned to the server after the ban was lifted, the position that I would have had was full. I am aware that staff are under no obligation to set ranks of those who were recently unbanned, but given my situation, the least that the admin could have done is explain why I could not be set to the Job.
