Im getting so much mixed messages about this certain coke thing whether its allowed or not, where you can put kerosene half way in the ground and it will shake itself,is it allowed or not??????

It isn't allowed it's considered an exploit because of the factors of it being halfway through the ground which isn't realistic at all, a more plausible way to shake the kerosene would be putting using your physgun which doesn't have any risk factor whatsoever

If it was rule based rather than 1 on 1 roleplay, it would still indeed be breaking the rules due to you making cocaine faster than others using a exploit.
