Connection Problems.

I Can only join with a vpn and it is very annoying. i played the server for 2weeks no problem and then out of the blue i need a vpn to join or i cant connect.

Probably your antivirus, it happend to me for a while had to disable it for gmod.

Check your firewall settings and try disconnecting your router for a minute

Hi,
As always check the above solutions first. Do you by chance own Malwarebytes? If you do it'll be that. Turn off malwarebytes and go ahead and re-connect.

I had a problem where Malwarebytes would delete GMod files so it would make it unplayable. I simply listed GMod's file under where malwarebytes wouldn't touch it anymore.
