Crashing in Game

Hello, before I was crashing while loading into the server. Now i am crashing while roaming the server at random times. I don't want it to affect my RP situations, and I don't want to get banned for it as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled garrys mod, deleted the cache, and validated the game files. My PC is up to date as well. My quality settings are a mixture of high and medium. Any help?

Still trying fixes, nothing seems to be working. And I just crashed while I was dying. I made a report too before I crashed as well.

Put quality stuff to low

Its old but it works. Dont be on chromium, all on low, fallow that guide. Should help

I used to think this video was bs, clickbait because it didn't help me in no way for fps gain.

Little did I know.. A 2015 Notebook with 4gb of ram and integrated graphics couldn't run such a beautiful piece of art we call, Garry's mod. lol
