Request Reason: User engaged me as SG around Jewelry store without even knowing there presence, as they were on the rooftop. Yet as I was coming out of Jewelry, I heard a shot, not even knowing it was for me at first. Then I start getting engaged by the individual actually going to raid the BANK not even my location of Jewelry. Basically making an engagement against a civilian in those terms as I hadn't shot, or interacted with them prior.
