Request Reason: I was feeling very uncomfortable around him, and since he mains mechanic I am forced to be around him. He says he is 16, but is for sure older. I am super uncomfortable with this person in the server. He is ERPing and is also obviously being told other people are uncomfortable, but was never punished.

[1.6] We do not tolerate derogatory slurs towards any group of people, such as racism, homophobia etc., within the community - especially Out-Of-Character. Your in-game character may be offensive to a certain degree HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately. Be observant and considerate. Things like the N-word and other ethnic slurs are never acceptable - neither Out-Of-Character nor In-Character.
[1.8] You may not talk about anything sexual in any realm of the game. Roleplay involving any type of sexual intercourse is strictly forbidden. Rape role-play will be punished severely.

So I see three main potential issues here. Firstly, the comments made in OOC are fairly concerning in their own right. Both Alan and Y tho will be receiving 3 Day OOC Blacklist for their comments. Secondly, the iMessages are a bit concerning, though I don't feel they're far enough over the line to punish before being told to stop (HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately). For now there will be no punishment, but if further issues arise punishment will be given. Finally, Alan will be receiving a 1 Day Ban for usage of derogatory slurs.
